BROWSING slow and hesitant on iPhone 6

My iPhone 6 internet browsing on Safari, Firefox, and other apps is very slow;

in fact it freezes at times, not loading a page, sometimes incomplete pages, with scattered data and images.

My internet connection is running perfectly; the WiFi bandwidth is above average.

I have already cleared the cache and cookies in Safari.


Still to no avail.


Help????

Troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues in IOS.    


Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
