Steps no longer syncing?

Hi, I've just realised that the steps logged in my Apple Watch aren't syncing to my iPhone anymore.

I've tried turning both off and on. I've tried cycling Bluetooth off and on. I've tried cycling Airplane mode on and off. I've also made sure both my Apple Watch and my iPhone 11 are updated to the latest software.

I have 4 days off un-synced data. Any ideas?

When you unpair a backup is made and when you repair the watch everything that was recorded at the time of the backup will be restored. So if your 4 days of data were not recorded in your activity app then I'm afraid they may be gone for good.

NO don't delete those,my wife did that and lost 2 years worth of award badges, every time you pair and unpair your watch a new entry is made in that list ,so whatever you do don't delete them.
