case #101060068467. I was chatting with Sean last night and lost my connection when my phone updated. I had clicked update earlier and it started. I have updated software on my computer and phone.
- I went into Photos on my computer (windows 10) and import/usb device
- it found all the pics and videos on my phone.
- starts import and then shuts down
- phone had locked in download but when I unlocked, it wouldn't download again
Still cannot get pics and video off my phone. I really need the videos for my work.
What should I do now?
