Nobody here can do anything about these charges - it's a user-to-user forum, not official Apple Support.

That said, any such charge should have a corresponding email sent to your AppleID's address that lists whatever products they related to. Also bear in mind some charges could be the result of subscriptions that you started in the past that are up for renewal. Given the numbers I'm guessing there's some kind of currency conversion at play, although you don't indicate what country you're in.
