I have purchased Iphone 11 in the month of February 2020 and unfortunately my charger cable got broken, i would like to know can i get the new charger.

apple here just fellow users
everything in the box is under the same warranty

but if they view the broken cable is broken because of user handling rather than a production defect discovered later on
it's not something the warranty covers, but the charger is the AC box which the charging cable connects to so it should be enough to replace the cable itself.
As Rudegar mentioned this may or may not be covered.
I would advice you to:
Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
They will give you your options!
