Bought film disappeared. Can find it in the store but can only buy or rent

I have bought (really bought) a film a year ago. Today I start my iTunes and see it has been disappeared. Moreover, it has NOT been gone from the store but I can only buy or rent it.

If it is regular apple's practice to steal films from their users, should I keep from buying films in iTunes Store?
