iCloud is inactive


Yesterday I registered a new iCloud, and in the evening I received a message - "This user is inactive."


What could be the problem?

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

Try to sign in here with your Apple ID and password: Manage your Apple account.


If you're receiving the same message, be sure you're using the correct Apple ID when signing in. You can use the steps here to locate your Apple ID: If you forgot your Apple ID.

This identifier is correct.


I got into a difficult situation. This identifier is attached to my macbook. I can’t even untie the identifier from the MacBook because the id is not active, and I can’t confirm my identity.
