Locked and disabled iPad

How can I unlock my iPad that has been disabled and locked by my toddler

I don't ha e a computer or iPhone

If your iPad is locked or disabled because of too many attempts to enter the correct passcode, the only way forward is to follow this procedure:

You will need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with Finder). It doesn’t have to be your PC/Mac, but a computer will be required.
