Xbox One Wireless Controller

Hi All,

I am having some trouble with my iPad games.

I am running IOS 13.4 and have recenty subscribed to Arcade and was happy I could use my Xbox controller (apparently).

I managed to connect my Xbox One Bluetooth controller.

Then I downloaded an app to test it - all buttons work fine on testing.

Albeit, I cannot get it to work on any game; It just remains dead.

I have tried deleting all Bluetooth items (keyboard, mouse and Apple Pencil) restarted iPad reconnected on controller etc etc but nothing.

Does anyone have any advice?
