Is iOS 13 compatible with Mac OSX Sierra
I have a MacPro running OS 10.12.6 Sierra with iTunes 12.8.2.3, and an iPhone SE running iOS 12.3.1. Can I update the iPhone to the latest iOS and still sync using iTunes?
iPhone SE, iOS 12

Yes, it should work. Note, it is Mac OS X 10.11.4 or later you must have to maintain iOS compatibility fully.

This is a tip, I've been trying to maintain as updates happen.
Thank you! I've had the experience of upgrading the iOS, and then iTunes wouldn't recognize the device until I "upgraded" the OS. So now I'm always wary and distrustful of Apple. Thank you again!
Thanks! I'm bookmarking that!
