Sound file input on 2019 iMac

The present iMac does not have a sound input socket, as the earlier iMacs did. I wish to input some of my large collection of cassette tapes ( in stereo form) to preserve digitally. Previously I had the assistance of the Griffin iMic which Griffin now does not even recognise on their website but I no longer have. Can anyone suggest a reasonable means of effecting this without breaking the bank?

Thanks for any help

Hi dialabrian, Your suggestion would appear to fit the bill exactly, However, I couldn't source it anywhere, rather, Amazon had it but wouldn't send it to any address I offered. They even screwed up my account and caused me lots of aggro in not doing what I asked. Anyway, I found a company in Germany who had it , and accepted my order. We'll see how effective it is when it arrives. Thanks for your help
