I have seen so many Youtube videos where my exact same SSD works on Ipad Pro but my Ipad is not recognizing my SSD on the file apps.
I have an Ipad Pro 2019 and I use a Windows laptop, maybe that is the problem? Thanks!

Your SSD must be correctly partitioned and formatted for use with your iPad. Assuming that you're using the correct adapter - and adequate power is being supplied to the drive - your SSD must have only a single data partition and be formatted as FAT32, exFAT or APFS (the latter being Apple proprietary).
If you've been using your SSD with your Windows PC, and the drive is formatted at NTFS (this being Microsoft proprietary), it will not be readale by your iPad.
