Hello, a few days ago I noticed a very little black dot in the middle of the scree, is like grey ish. I just want to know if this “dead pixels” grows or spread. Because my warranty is off, so I need to change the entire display, does somebody know, please thank you!

I personally would not worry about it unless it spreads/grows and makes the ipad unusable.
Replacing the display is really replacing the device so a major outlay for a single pixel. You would likely be best served to keep it going until it’s intolerable then replace the device with a new one.
