I fixed the problem of Wacom not working with Catalina OS. It's in the preferences.

Hi. You first must remove the Wacom Driver by going to the Wacom folder in Applications. Open up the Wacom Utility and hit the uninstall button.

•Restart the computer. No Wacom icon should show in your preferences.

•Download the latest Wacom Driver from their website. 6.3.38-3

Install the driver. Reboot your computer.

NOW:

Go to your Mac Library, preferences. Trash the 2Wacom preferences. AND TRASH:

com.apple.systempreferences.plist

Restart your computer. As your computer has to set up both Wacom and Apple preferences at the same time of this startup; they will sync, and your tablet should work. It was a preference conflict.
