Books access problem.

I have purchased 9 Witch City Mystery books by Carol J. Perry. I can download and read books 1-8, but when I try to download Book 9, Late Checkout, nothing happens. When I select View in Store I get an error message that the item is not available. If I select View in Store for books 1-8 it shows me the book and allows me to download it or read the reviews, etc.

if I search the books in the Store, they appear but require me to repurchase in order to download. Has something in my purchase history become corrupted? I cannot even find a receipt for Book 9, Late Checkout.

please advise.
