network lock

got my phone new in my country i opened and found out it was network locked

please someone should help me out on diz

Only the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock the phone. Contact whoever it is and ask them if you qualify for an unlock. No one here, not even Apple can help with a carrier unlock.
