For a couple months now my down arrow key has been intermittently unresponsive. Sometimes when I press it, it works but other times it doesn’t. I only got my MacBook in September.
I am also not aware of any damage that has been dealt on this computer. So the down arrow key just became unresponsive for no reason.
Please help me.

Dust could have gotten into the key and caused it to stop working.

If you have an air blower, not necessarily compressed air, can you blow around the edge of the key and blow the dust out?
What happens if you gently rock the key back and forth? I've read that can dislodge the particle or reset the key, too.
