iCloud storage did not change after upgrade

I've upgraded my icloud storage plan from 5GB to 50GB and the price of $0.99 was deducted from my itunes account but the icloud storage did not change after about 2 weeks.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Have you tried signing out of iCloud, restarting the device, and signing back in to see if that refreshes the storage amount shown?
