I am trying to log into to FaceTime with my Apple ID but every time I press sign in it loads but then says " This account has no reachable address.please sign into applied.apple.com in order to add one. however I already have a Apple ID.

That means to "add a reachable at address." Sign in here to do so: Apple ID: Your Account for Everything Apple  https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin
