Ok, i forgot my phone passcode and apple ID password. I have now sorted the apple ID password, but my phone is disabled and i cant get it to recover using itunes. Any help would be much appreciated

Did you follow the instructions in this document? --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

How long has it been since you last used your phone? Your passcode is the 6-digit code you use at least once a week in order to keep your iPhone's TouchID fingerprint scanner alive and healthy.
