My iPhone 11 Pro Max is heating up while watching videos on Facebook and it is Normal while watching videos on other apps.Is it Normal?

Yes, normal. Are you streaming? If you are streaming, are you using cellular data or wi-fi? The device will heat up when the processor is used a great deal, and if using cellular data, it gets an even heavier workout since it is working to maintain a solid connection.
