No-one will know what is required from a theme better than you, so make your own, its so simple to do and its free.

A template is a background, either a colour or an image and a set of colour choices for text and shapes.

Go to the blank slide master, (View > Edit Master Slide) select the blank Master in the Navigator on the left from the slide, add the required content then: File > Save Theme
