how can I add the internal sound option in the device output window?
Oh, have you tried rebooting your system? It could help in some cases if the speaker isn’t outputting anything. If you don’t have any luck after the reboot, you may have a faulty connection with the speaker, in which there really isn’t any fix for on the software or setting level of things.
Try going into system preferences > sound > and see if your speakers are listed there.

On doing this I haven't seen any change, or the internal speaker option in the sound output window
After trials, I still haven't heard of any difference, the internal speakers are still not functioning.
