Hacked Apple ID

I visited a website I don’t know many details about the website because I closed it so fast but basically I went on it and there was a popup that looked like the one below but instead of what the photo said the popup said something along the lines of “Suspicious activity detected on Apple ID” I was obviously freaked out and closed the tab immediately without clicking the popup but i’ve been worrying for about an hour in case i’ve been hacked. I have recieved no official notifications or emails from apple saying that someone is trying to access my apple ID but I don’t know what’s going on and I’m scared my device may have been compromised

It is a scam popup message. If you provided no information at the bogus site, you are fine. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

As long as you haven't put any sensitive info (Ex. Passwords, Phone Numbers, etc.) then you should be fine and you have nothing to worry about but if it makes you feel better, you can change your Apple ID password if you wish to.
