I'm thinking of trading my note 10 for a iphone, but with the apple stores closed for Covid-19, everything will have to be done through the mail. How quickly could i receive my trade in value so i can buy the new phone. Last thing i want is to go a week or so with no form of communication.
When you go through the online purchase as you are going to pay it should give you an option for a trade-in, and it doesn't have to be Apple. Then as I said you place your order, the phone is shipped to you then you send your phone in. Or, to make it a bit easier, call 1-800-MYAPPLE and do it with an operator.
Make sure prior to sending in your current phone that you take several pictures of it from all angles show it doesn't have damage and I would also takes videos of the phone actually working properly.
If you trade in the phone as part of your purchase you will send in the iPhone after you receive your new one.
