Locked out of Apple ID

I am locked out of my apple ID, and i can't remember my security questions, but I know my password. It sends security questions to my email, but it sends them to the same email that is locked out and i cant access that ermail. Please help!

If you know your Apple ID/Password, then you should not be locked out. And, you should be able to sign in here: Apple ID: Your Account for Everything Apple https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin Having done so you can reset your security questions or be rid of them by setting up two-factory authentication.


But see:

If you forgot your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487

 

You also can use Having trouble signing in/iForgot

 https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid to identify either or both

On the other hand, maybe you are seeing activation lock. If so, then post back.
