Hi,
my iCloud storage is full and I’m trying to upload my MasterCard debit card but it’s not accepting the details on the card.
also, I’m trying to delete pictures but they don’t get deleted. When I switch on data specifically for settings, it switches itself off.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you are having some issues with your iPhone and I'd like to do what I can to help.
When updating a payment method, make sure your information matches the card information for name, address and location.
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
Most credit and debit cards are accepted, but you can verify here: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID
When deleting photos, they will go to the Recently Deleted album for 30 days. You can permanently delete them from there, but keep in mind, they will no longer be recoverable. Delete photos on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If you're not able to enable cellular data for an app, verify that a Screen Time restriction is not enabled. Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
