Random shutdown

I have a macbook air mid 2012 running windows,

When running osX it's perfect but I can't get on with the interface. Hense I am running windows. I have installed all of the bootcamp drivers and removed mac os completly. The issue is that it will randomly shut down the battery is fine all the hardwear is fine iv looked at all the methods I could find on Google and nothing seems to help what could be the problem is it cpu is it the drive I just can't understand what on earth is causing. Is anyone else having this problem or should I just slap it with a hammer. I did have to disable the graphics driver because that was causing me to lose my screen but I don't see this being the shutdown issue

As a test, install macOS on the an external disk, boot from it, and leave the MBA up and running for as long as it can.

You may have a heat issue which is resulting in thermal throttling. You can always install macOS on an external disk and boot from it.

It may not be necessarily a driver issues. Many of the standard drivers are not loaded in Safe Mode, which would lower heat issues. The macOS test is a better barometer of existing issues, since it should a 'full' OS, not one in Safe Mode.

Iv taken your advice cleaned off the cpu and the graphics chip replaced with some new thermal paste and cleaned out all the dust. it helped a little but after an hour of just sitting doing nothing it's still shutting down

I have found the issue, you was correct it was a heat problem iv downloaded macs fan control so the fan actually kicks in when it starts to get hot. I also found a problem with the power manegment driver, so iv disabled the driver and set fans to adjust according to the temperature of the CPU. Stress tested for a good couple of hours and it hasnt shut down once thank you for your help much appreciated

I will try this over the weekend. For the meantime iv been running is safe mode all day and it hasnt shut down once, that says to me it must be a driver issue, would anyone have any idea what driver would be causing this to happen.
