difficulty adding card to wallet

Hi everyone, I am having difficulty adding my card to apple pay and it gives me an error related to the internet connection which instead works perfectly both wi-fi and mobile phone

Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Then go to settings>General> reset >and reset network settings.
