Freezing problems with iPhone XS Max

I purchased this phone to use for work. I paid full price! The phone worked fine until the last iOS update and now every 30 minutes my phone is completely freezing! I have factory reset it and even paid for a replacement phone and nothing is fixing this problem! I have called customer service daily with no help!!! I need this phone for work! Any help is appreciated

Did you setup the replacement phone with a backup of the old phone? It almost sounds if there is a problem with the backup data, since both devices are freezing the same way. The only way to test the device itself is to restore the device to factory, and set it up as new, not from a backup, and test for the time period that you would normally experience this freezing. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
