Mac Pro can send pictures but not videos via Messages

On a late-2013 trash can Mac Pro

When I drag a video into messages and send, the error I get is "Not Delivered" with the red exclamation mark.

I am able to send and receive text/pictures as well as RECEIVE videos using Messages on my Mac Pro
I am on the same WiFi network as my MBP which IS able to send and receive videos/pics/text using Messages.
I've tried deleting my *.db files in my library/messages folder and restarted the computer. It did not help.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The best way to do it is to upload the video to a hosting site & just send the link to that.

I'd think maybe the limit is from your or their supplier, Messages as with eMail was never meant for huge transfers of info. :)

133 mb. I've had 500mb+ files work before - messages just compressed the videos automatically. The longer videos were I assume in much lower quality.

I just tested a 9mb file and it worked. Is there any way to send larger sized videos? What's the limit now?
