Recently I cannot load any GIFs
Recently I cannot load any GIFs. When I go to that ICON when I'm sending a message and search for a GIF all I get is "no results"

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand there are issues with loading results in the #images app in Messages. I'll do what I can to help.
Here are some suggestions:
- If possible, try a different network than what you're connected to (Wi-Fi or cellular data) and see if the same thing happens.
- If you are on Wi-Fi, ensure that Low Data Mode is not enabled: Use Low Data Mode on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- If you haven't already be sure to back up then update to the latest version (iOS 13.4.1): Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Once updated or if you're already on the latest version, restart the iPhone: Restart your iPhone
