Apple TV -- Certain TV shows go all weird

When using my Apple TV 4th Gen I can watch various shows and channels with no problem. However, Amazing Stories won't come through. I get all kinds of gray that flashes/shifts. However when I watch using the Apple TV+ app on my iPad or ROKU device it plays fine. This just started. I had watched one episode and it was fine then the next time I went to watch something it did this grey thing. I made sure that I had the current OS so I don't know what to check.

Hello,

Try updating to tvOS 13.4 to see if it resolves your problem.

Settings > System > Software Update

Is it possible that I can only have 3 devices on my account?

You can use your Apple ID account on many more devices, and some devices [that don’t allow content downloads, like the Apple TV set-top box] don’t seem to count towards a limit.
