I am using same apple id in both iPhones and i want to change apple id from one phone. Also want to know If I try change the apple id from one phone will all data will get erase only from that phone or not.

You will need to create a new Apple ID if sharing one on different devices.

Keep in mind that some things available under the first Apple ID will not be available under the new Apple ID. For example, you won’t be able to transfer anything purchased from the App and iTunes Stores to the new ID. And, there are other issues to be addressed. See
