It sounds like you're having trouble with your Apple ID. I know it's important to get access to your Apple ID so that you can get the most from your iPhone, and I want to help.


Let's try to reset your network settings and attempt to login again.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.


After restarting, try to login again and let me know if that helps you connect.
