Pair two AirPods to my iPhone to share audio and be able to use their microphones at the same time

Using the microphones from dual paired AirPods,

Whilst I can pair two AirPods to my iPhone to share audio I want to be able to use their microphones at the same time. For example being on a call and having two sets of AirPods paired on the same iPhone to participate in the call, talking and listening. Is this possible?

What I really want to do is to video two people that have AirPods on using their microphones. Using FiLMiC Pro app I can use a single AirPod, however I'd like to be able to use two.
