IPhone won’t turn off silent mode.

So, my IPhone has been stuck on silent mode. It’s not on do not disturb, I even tried resetting my settings but it still won’t work. At one point it began to work but one day I put it on do not disturb and when I turned it off it just continued to stay on silent mode. It’s driving me sick.
