Can’t hear people on calls

My phone seems to have developed a fault I can’t hear and people can’t hear me on calls . I think I’ve tried everything but nothing works. Calls work in headphones

I think this began after updating the phone, people are not able to hear me on call but they are able to hear me. I have tried following this documentation, it did not help solve the issue on my 13 Pro Max. When I make or receive a phone call I can’t hear the person on the other side but volume is fine on everything else Can’t hear anyone when making a phone call or receiving one

If you only hear through speaker phone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support
