Why has the latest update on Catalina gone from 10 15 6 to 10 15 4. It’s gone backwards?

iMac 27", 10.15

FWIW, Mojave went from 10.14.4 to 10.14.5 to 10.14.6.

There was no 10.15.6. However, there was a 10.14.6.

As stedman1 mentioned, there hasn't been a Catalina 10.15.6 as yet, nor a 10.15.5 for that matter. The newest version of Catalina is 10.15.4.

No problem. You could have upgraded from Mojave 10.14.6 to Catalina 10.15.4.
