Currently on iOS 13.4.1, but my phone is asking for an update and has restricted my cellular service. The issue is there is no new update available!
What do i do?

Click the link on your device to start the update. It's only regarding cellular service.
I've attached the screenshot of what shows up when i try to update. If you look at the top left corner it doesnt show my mobile reception. I also attached a screenshot showing that there is an error in the cellular area. it says there is an update needed.
So when i go there it tells me to update my phone.
I then clicked on " learn more" and it take me to this link: https://support.apple.com/en-asia/HT208733
I ignored the apple pay part of the link and went straight to try update it using itunes but this is what i see, there is no update option in help tab:
Any ideas?
It's a different kind of update.
can you elaborate, i'm not sure what other updates are there

It's a set up for Apple Pay, it's not recognizing my card so i can't complete the set up. That can't be the reason my entire cellular service is blocked? What if i don't want apple pay :/
