50gb extra data
I pay for the 50gb extra storage space, but my phone does not load or update much because it says my phone's storage is full. When I check iCloud it still says I have 44gb available.
You're comparing apples to oranges. iCloud space is for syncing and back ups. It sounds as if you need to free up more local space on your phone. Go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage and see what's taking up all the room. Delete what you don't need.
