Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you'd like to add an additional email address to your FaceTime account. I'd be happy to share information that may help.
Take a look at the "Turn on FaceTime" section of this article: Use FaceTime with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you're not signed in under Settings > FaceTime, you can sign in with the Apple ID you'd like to use with FaceTime. If you're currently signed in, sign out of your Apple ID. Then, sign back in again. When you sign in, you'll have the option to "Use Other Apple ID."
