Have you contacted the support resources at your cell carrier, listed on that support web page, who are responsible for providing the support for your iPhone?

(forgive the poor translation that follows)

¿Se ha comunicado con los recursos de apoyo a su compañía celular, que aparece en esa página web de apoyo, que son responsables de proporcionar el apoyo para tu iPhone?

Then it would seem that you purchased your iPhone from an unauthorized dealer, and quite possibly purchased a iPhone that was originally sold in another country. If either is the case, you will not be able to get support for your iPhone. That is not Apple's fault; you would almost certainly get full support if you had purchased your iPhone from one of the cell carriers who are, to the best of my knowledge, the only authorized reseller of iPhones in Argentina.

I'm sorry, but there's nothing anyone here can do to help you.

Sorry, but your belief is incorrect. If you purchased your iPhone in the US, it was locked to AT&T and since AT&T does not provide unlocking services to anyone, for any reason, you or someone hacked the iPhone to get it unlocked from AT&T. Such a hack voids any support by Apple or any of their authorized service providers. And any US-sold iPhone, even if not hacked, would only be supported in the US; iPhones are serviced only in their country of original sale. So you will get no support from Apple for your US-sold iPhone there in Argentina. If you want an iPhone that is officially supported in Argentina, you will have to purchase it from one of the authorized cellphone companies which are the only source of official sales and support.

Again, sorry, but there's nothing anyone can do for you.
