Someone sent me an email that he has placed a malware in a website that I have visited and then let me web browser act as a Remote Desktop and a key logger to have my access, please let me know what to do, check if this has really happened and remove this malware.

Your passwords have been compromised by many sites that you visit. So if it was a password that you have used on multiple sites there’s a good chance it can be found on the dark web. There’s actually a way to check. Go to https://haveibeenpwned.com and you can enter any email addresses or usernames (it says “email” but it will also accept any non-email user names) and see if it has appeared in a data breach. You can also click the Password check and see if the password has been compromised. I know that’s a little scary, but the site is legitimate, and does not save what you enter unless you subscribe your email address to their (free) notification service.

Ignore it. That is a phishing email, hoping you will click a link and enter personal information so they can steal your identity. See this Apple support article—>Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Thanks Lawrence and I usually ignore such emails, the only thing that made me post this time is that he mentioned one of my passwords which I use for general and non critical access and I feel that he is mirroring my screen and might get one of my critical passwords while am using my phone.
