Organizing photos

I daily encounter ads for software and even smart hardware that claims to be able to help me organize my photos. I currently have over 8700 photos. I know many of them have duplicates but worse yet, I don't have an easy way of locating a specific photo . All these ads claim to delete duplicates and establish pathways and folders to get organized. I don't need to be hoodwinked or spend hours trying to learn some "system" that invariably becomes unusable. Does anyone have and recommendation for something REALLY good to help me? Thank you.

Btw, I use an iPhone 11 Pro, but I also use a Legacy iMac (mid 2010) running High Sierra

Thank you,

Glenn

If these are some pop ups they can be in the form of adware / malware or some suspicious links run malwarebytes anti malware for Mac https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/

Search photos see this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT207368

Using third party apps / softwares to find duplicate photos can damage photo library https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204968
