Installing Keynote Theme from Command line script

Hey,

this is about an issue with Keynote 10.

Before Keynote 10 we have rolled out our company's Keynote themes (*.kth files) to all colleagues with a script: We copied the theme file (*.kth) to ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iWork.Keynote/Data/Library/Application\ Support/User\ Templates

Unfortunately since the Keynote 10 the theme files in this folder won't show up anymore in the theme chooser. From a little bit of "debugging", it looks like the theme files that are installed manually (using the regular UI) are now stored in iCloud, and downloaded to the User\ Templates folder mentioned above, when the theme is used.

Update: After some more digging and thinking, the themes must be somewhere in my iCloud folder, but I cannot find them there.

Any ideas?

Many thanks for the reply. I can imagine that this works with iCloud turned off (I haven't tried it out a lot). The thing is that we use iCloud to collaborate on Keynote files and don't want to miss that.

As a workaround, our install script now opens the Keynote Theme (with $ open Theme.kth), and the users have to click 'Add to Theme Chooser'. Good enough for us right now.

I have Keynote version 10, with no issues using custom themes.

I don't use iCloud, its turned off on my Mac, custom themes are all showing in theme chooser and they are all located in ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iWork.Keynote/Data/Library/Application\ Support/User\ Templates
