I would like to buy a new watch and I have tried to finish the payment monthly ”pay pal” but at the end the number of the total does not seem like monthly.....how can I fix this?

PayPal does not have monthly payment plans. PayPal will charge the funding source on your PayPal account for the full amount of the sale.
The only way to buy an Watch with monthly payments is by using a credit card to pay for the watch in full and then making monthly payments to pay down your credit card's balance. You may do that with a credit card that you currently have, by applying for and receiving an Apple card or by applying for and receiving a Barclay's credit card during your purchase online with Apple retail.
