Hi,

I noticed a $9.99 charge on my debit card today. Can you tell me what that’s for?

If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

Unfortunately we cannot. we are all other users here, do not work for Apple, and have no access to your account. You will need to contact Apple - it sounds like a Music subscription possibly. Did you subscribe to that?
