Amazon prime app doesn't load on my apple TV

what do I do?

Is there an error? What exactly is occurring?

Is this only happening for Prime or have you encountered it when trying to load other apps?

Is TVOS up to date (13.4)?

Have you tried a reboot?

Did it work before?

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it from the App Store?

I did and It did not want to reinstall
