My $50.00 from my old Apple ID is still not accessible how do I transfer it to my new Apple ID. Apple says that it will just sit there in air and that it won’t be accessible, how true is that?

You can't transfer funds from one ID to another ID. Unless Apple will transfer the funds for you, the funds will remain attached to the old ID. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs. You could then spend the money from the old ID on purchases you want in the new ID.

You are welcome. You can't share the credit using Family Sharing. You can make a purchase of an app using the credit and then share the app.

thank you so much again for helping here. I tried that as well but Apple is still not allowing me to do anything. I think it’s because they disabled or locked my old Apple ID. Feel free to text me if it’s easier for you
